Watchmen, Do Not Lose Your Focus
On September 9, 2026, I first received a vision concerning open gates that I shared during our Prophetic Bible Study. Zimbabwe was one of the nations I spoke about, and I continue to carry a burden to pray.
In the vision, I saw gates standing open, with the enemy coming and going. I also described watchmen whose attention had shifted: they were supposed to be looking toward the east, but they were looking toward the north. Their focus had moved away from the direction they were assigned to watch.
In another vision, I saw a man of God being offered luxury cars as donations. But in the spirit, what I saw were coffins. Those cars appeared as gifts, but in the vision, they were coffins.
I am sharing this imagery as a call to prayer and discernment. My concern is about what can draw a servant of God away from his assignment. Every offer needs discernment. The appearance of generosity alone does not establish that something is from God.
Men and women of God in Zimbabwe, guard your focus. Do not let gifts, opportunities, or division among yourselves distract you from the responsibility entrusted to you. When the watchmen turn their attention elsewhere, who is watching the gates?
Nehemiah’s response to distraction was clear: “I am doing a great work, so that I cannot come down.” Nehemiah 6:3
Let us pray for discernment among spiritual leaders, reconciliation where there is division, and protection and peace for Zimbabwe’s people.
Father, give Your servants clear discernment and steadfast hearts. Help them recognize what serves Your purposes and what pulls them away. Heal divisions, strengthen those standing in prayer, and preserve the people of Zimbabwe. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Zimbabwe, we are praying. Watchmen, remain attentive to your assignment.
