Are You Ready For The Pulpit?

🔥 Have You Noticed Something About God?

Let’s talk about serving God, being on the pulpit.

When someone says, “I am ready…”

God often says “Sit down.”

But when another says,

“I can’t speak well…” like Moses

“I am too young…” like Jeremiah

“I am not ready…” like Gideon

“ I am afraid ..” like Jonah

God says “Go.”

Because God is not looking for confidence in self or the self qualified,

He is looking for dependence on Him,

He is looking for the unqualified so he can qualify them.

The ones who exalt themselves, He humbles.

But the ones who humble themselves, He exalts

( James 4:10)

God chased Jonah, not because Jonah was perfect,

But because Jonah understood the assignment.

God will exalt you by sending Help,

By sending someone

Someone to hold your hand

Someone to push you to rise

Someone to correct you when you’re wrong

Someone to pull you when you try to hide

Someone to stretch you beyond measure

Someone to strengthen you, when you are weak

Someone to silence Fear around you

Someone to cancel your excuses not to serve

Someone anointed to heal your wounds

Someone to deliver you from prisons

Someone to break the Jericho walls you build called protection

Someone who carry what you lack of

Someone Like Moses for the Joshua’s

Apostle Paul for the Timothy’s

Elijah for the Elisha’s

God didn’t pour into you,

Just for you to sit on the sidelines

And say, “I’m more comfortable in the background.”

Seasons are shifting and it requires you to
